At Hougang Avenue, this kopitiam channels the visual language of old-school Singapore with a fresh, updated twist. Rather than traditional wood, we played with patterned tiles and an eclectic colour palette — echoing the layered textures of a bygone era, reworked for a new generation. It’s a quiet celebration of culture and community, told through surface and shade.
